Forward Thinking

We’ve always been forward thinkers in technology and sustainability.  We’ve applied RFID technology in our lining and most recently started changing over our wallets to 100% recycled interior lining.  We’ve continued this momentum by applying the the SilvadaurTM Antimicrobial treatment to our interior linings as well.

Recycled Wallets

Our newest initiative is offering to you, our customers, Eco Friendly exterior materials composed of at least 35% recycled raw materials. All of the recycled materials we are using are GRS certified meeting the Global Recycled Standard.

The Global Recycled Standard (GRS) is a voluntary product standard for tracking and verifying the content of recycled materials in a final product. The standard applies to the full supply chain and addresses traceability, environmental principles, social requirements, chemical content and labeling. GRS covers processing, manufacturing, packaging, labeling, trading and distribution of all products made with a minimum of 20% recycled material.

A Step In The Right Direction

You will see we’ve also moved our marketing collateral, hangtags & insert cards, to be printed on FSC paper.  FSC stands for Forest Stewardship Council, an organization managing responsible forests. They track the material from certified forests to the final product. All parties in the supply chain making or trading FSC products are certified by independent certification bodies.
